Full School Improvement Service Offer
- Headteacher appraisal (fully inclusive of all paperwork, preparation for target review and setting, meeting with the Governors)
- Three FULL days in school, focusing on school development and key priorities.
- Each day will be supported by a written report. **full day is 9-3pm on site. Off site 2 hrs for report writing.
- Half termly coaching/mentoring sessions (six in total) supporting the wellbeing and mental health of the Headteacher. **coaching sessions are for 1 hour per session and held remotely)
- Additional support can be booked in as and when required. **additional fees.
- Support with understanding the EIF (Ofsted) **can be provided as part of the School Improvement visits or additional time can be purchased.
